Post Processing
- CNC Machining & Surface Finishing
- Parts can be CNC-machined, drilled, sanded, sealed, and coated to improve dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and functionality.
- Local dimensional accuracy down to approximately ±0.1–0.3 mm
- Smooth, uniform surfaces with reduced layer visibility
- Precision-machined holes, interfaces, and mounting features
- Improved vacuum tightness through sealing and coating
- Class A surface quality achievable with filling, priming, sanding, and polishing
- Enhanced wear resistance and service life with protective coatings
Final performance depends on part size, geometry, machining strategy, and finishing requirements.
