Our Metal 3D Printing Services
Powder Bed Fusion(PBF) delivered parts are getting closer to the performance of traditional manufacturing, with part density reaching to above 99%。
Metal 3D Printing is commonly used in automotive, industrial applications for complex geometries and functional, end-use parts.

Additional Post Processing
- Support Removal
- To remove the support added during printing. For SLA, DLP printed parts, support are able to removed manually. And for metal 3D printing, wire EDM or a band saw are typically used for part removal from the build plate, and then support structure material is removed from hand tools. Sometimes, additional machining options can be necessary for critical features that requires tighter tolerances or improved surface finishes.
- Sand Blasting
- Sand blasting is applied to improve aesthetic appearance of the printed part. Surface treatment technique includes vibro tumbling, shot blasting, abrasive flow machining, plating etc.
- Heat Treatment (Annealing)
- The rapid heating and cooling process of metal printing results in an internal stress. Heat treatment is processed in a vacuum/inert furnace. Proper heat treatment can further improve mechanical properties like hardness, elongation, fatigue strength etc,.
- Machining
- Printed parts like mouthing holes, thread for fastening, jigs and fixtures often requires machining. These parts typically has fitting requirement.
