What Micro AM Can Deliver

By utilizing the micro-scale 3D printer, SteraFab offers customers with mold free ultra-high precision rapid prototyping and small batch manufacturing for medical device manufacturing, such as endoscope, microneedles array; also ideal for micro mechanical systems(MEMS),  such as microfluidics, encapsulated devices. It is also widely used in education and R&D. We offer a wide choice of mirco materials, and via continuous optimization the printing process to match the quality of high resolution injection molding and CNC processing.

 

Material Options
Micro AM material available are:
* SF V40 High strength, high toughness resin; good temperature resistance up to 210℃. Ideal for parts like micro connectors, micro electrical components.

* SF-Bio Bio-compatible resin; printing accuracy up to 20um, can be applied in medical device such as endoscope, drug-delivery microneedles etc.,

* SF-HT210 High temperature resin; micro material with high temperature durance up to 210℃. Black and light yellow available.

* SF-T60 Elastic resin; micro resin with good elasticity. Printing accuracy can achieve ±30um.

Support removal
